| WARRANTY Product and Accessories Warranty All Matrix 3D Laboratory projectors are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please read this warranty details carefully before considering your purchase. During the warranty period Matrix 3D Laboratory agrees to replace or repair defective units at its sole discretion without charge to the original purchaser. To obtain service the purchaser must return the product to the Warranty Division. The purchaser will pay shipping and insurance charges incurred in returning the product to the Warranty Division. Warranty Division assumes no risk for the product until it is accepted at our facility. Upon receipt of the product, we will repair or replace the unit and return it to the purchaser, postage or shipping and insurance need to be prepaid. Repaired or exchanged products carry the same amount of outstanding warranty based on the original product. To obtain free service under the warranty, a copy of the original dated purchase invoice must be included with the returned product. If purchaser is not able to provide an original dated purchase invoice, the repair or replacement will have an additional cost.
